From the early furniture, fixtures and equipment sales for the Community Bank of Germantown and Western Auto stores, Roebuck has diligently built this company, now known as Roebuck Auctions, to nationwide status. A native Mid-Southerner, Roebuck introduced the concept of selling real estate at auction to the region.
Past president and board chair for the National Auctioneers Association, Roebuck is known as a true pioneer in the auction industry. One of only 49 auctioneers to be inducted into the National Auctioneers Hall of Fame, he has been extremely active and successful in the auction business.
Roebuck is the only individual to have served two terms as the President of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association. As a life member of the National Auctioneers Association, John continues to be one of the most respected leaders and trend-setters in the industry.
