Auction Terms

Payment for items purchased at the auction will be made the day of the sale by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or personal check accompanied by a letter of credit on bank letterhead from a solvent bank. All checks will be made payable to Roebuck Auctions.

All items must be removed from site on the day of the sale. Shelby County Schools will not be responsible for any items after the auction date. Purchasers who fail to removed purchased items on auction day will be responsible for removal and/or disposal fees by a third party.
