BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to high bids to determine the total sale price to be paid.

TERMS: All bidders must present a bank letter of guarantee or otherwise be approved by the auctioneer. The high bidder will be required to place a bid deposit equal to 10% of the amount bid in advance of bid acceptance. Deposit will be accepted in the form of certified funds.

CLOSING: The closing shall take place no later than thirty (30) days after the auction. The entire purchase price must be paid by cashier's or certified check, or wired funds at closing. No purchase shall be contingent on financing or any other contingencies.

Directions/Map

From US 64 - Go to Somerville, and turn onto Jernigan Road (look for the Skydiving signs). Take Jernigan Road for approx. 14 miles to Whiteville - Newcastle Road. Turn left, and in 3.4 miles, watch for signs on the left.

From US 72 - Turn left on MS 7, and go north. MS 7 becomes TN 18. Go 17.7 miles to Hickory Valley, then turn left on Somerville Road. Go 4 miles to Whiteville-Newcastle Road. Turn right and travel 3.4 miles, watch for signs on the left.
